To quickly and easily peel and slice, place vegetable on a firm cutting surface and draw the cutter downward along the length of the vegetable while applying gentle pressure. Boasting a versatile, professional-grade design, this set features premium durable stainless steel razor-sharp tempered blades that glide smoothly over hard surfaces for clean and efficient cutting. Three (3) interchangeable blades create slices 1-millimeter, 2-millimeters, and 3.5-millimeters thick.
